New York, NY -- Former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan continued his series of snitchy revelations Thursday by totally busting embattled CBS News anchor Katie Couric.
In his just-published book What Happened: The Culture of Blindingly Obvious Deception, Mr. McClellan alleges the perky yet vivacious former Today Show star had extensive cosmetic surgery performed on her legs in 1991, including silicone calf implants.
"Katie's famous gams are not 'naturals' although many people still find them appealing," Mr. McClellan writes. "She is also a terrible tipper and never contributes to the office coffee fund."
"I still like and admire Katie Couric," he continued, "but I guess she can be kind of mean sometimes."
Mr. McClellan, who apparently can't shut up once he starts tattling, uses his book to dish the dirt on a dazzling array of political insiders and show business celebrities.
"Vice President Dick Cheney's dark creepiness scares people," said the suddenly-popular whistle blower, "Ashlee Simpson is pregnant, and no one wants to see Sharon Stone's cooter anymore. All true, I swear it."
With Mr. McClellan's book sales approaching the stunning revenues of 2007's popular Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the newly celebrated author announced his latest venture.
"Please tune in to Fox TV on Wednesday evenings this Fall," Mr. McClellan said in a statement released Friday morning. "I will be hosting a new reality show. It's raw, it's fresh, it's controversial. The program's name is I Guess I Should Have Seen That Coming."
